WHO: You!

WHY: To help with a great event for a great cause. The  mission of Ridge at 38 is to be a hub of positive growth for the community by hosting events like Ridgefest, promoting local restaurants and shops, and supporting close relationships between community.

WHERE: 7101 W. 38th Avenue, Wheat Ridge Co 80033

WHEN: To volunteer you must be available on: Saturday September 12, 2015

WHAT: Volunteer Positions and times are:

Volunteer Position

Description of position

Shift 1

Shift 2 (if applicable)

Information Booth
Give general info to festival goers, sell RA38 banner bags and work with vendors
 VIP TentCheck badges for entry, welcome and support VIP guests
Vendor Ambassador

Check in vendors, show vendors to their booths, general support and information to vendors
Cottage Contest

Check in entrants, help set up for judges, take down and set up for next contest
Beer Tent
Check ID’s, pour craft beers for festival goers (MUST BE 21 years of age or older) 
Homebrew Contest
Check people in, check ID’s and help pour beer (MUST BE 21 years of age or older)
Car Show Ambassador
Check cars in and park them in designated spots
Assist any volunteers that need extra help, give bathroom breaks
Set up
Put up tents, organize hay bales, tape off the festival grounds and check in vendors
Closing & Clean-up
help with tear down of tents, tables, hay bales etc..

Ready to Volunteer?

  • (Minimum age to volunteer 12. Minimum age to work without accompanying adult: 14. MUST BE 21 or older to volunteer at the Beer Tent or Homebrew competition)
  • Including City, State and Zip
  • (If cell is not best contact number, please provide another number)
  • T-shirts in general tend towards the smaller size. If you don't like a tight fitting T-shirt, choose one size larger than you normally wear, just to be safe.
  • Click the box next to the volunteer job and time that you would like to sign up for. Once a volunteer shift has been taken, the # needed will be edited to reflect the current need.
